1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all service packages purchased through echeloninfotech.com by ECHELON KP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Echelon"). We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Before project commencement: If you request a cancellation before any work has begun on your project, a full refund will be processed.
- Partial work completed: If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the value of work already completed. The deduction will be calculated based on the proportion of deliverables completed.
- Non-delivery: If Echelon fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe (30 days beyond the estimated delivery date) without prior communication, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Payment errors: If you were charged incorrectly or a duplicate payment was processed, the excess amount will be refunded in full.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
- Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required inputs, feedback, or access
- Changes in business requirements after the project scope has been agreed upon (these will be handled as change requests with separate pricing)
- Dissatisfaction with delivered work that meets the agreed specifications

Please include your Order ID and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- UPI refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI account used for the transaction)
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
6. GST on Refunds
For full refunds, the entire amount including GST will be refunded. For partial refunds, GST will be adjusted proportionally based on the refunded amount.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer:
