By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Echelon provides software development and IT services including but not limited to custom software development, web application development, mobile app development, API development, cloud deployment, ecommerce development, CRM/ERP customization, and software maintenance. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our Services pages.
Service packages are offered at prices listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18% for IT services). The final payable amount including GST is displayed at checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. However, any price agreed upon and paid for an order will be honored for that specific order.
Orders are placed through our website checkout system. Payment is accepted via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification through our payment gateway webhook. Orders with pending or failed payments are not considered confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Providing false or misleading information may result in order cancellation.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided with each service package. These are approximate timelines and may vary based on project complexity, scope changes, and client responsiveness in providing required inputs. We will communicate any expected delays in advance.
For IT services, delivery means the completion and handover of the agreed-upon software deliverables. There are no physical shipping charges as all deliverables are digital.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to required information, assets, credentials, and feedback necessary for project completion. Delays in client-side inputs may result in extended timelines beyond the estimated delivery period.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Echelon retains the right to use generic components, frameworks, and tools that are not unique to the client's project. Pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains with the respective party.
Echelon's total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service package. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
